In this class, you'll learn how to make The Swimming Pig's Sweet Italian Sausage, using Grey Barn pork. Plus, Chef Tyler will show you how to cook your freshly made sausages right on the spot, so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor and pick up expert cooking tips.
Each guest will leave with 6 sausage links to take home, along with a printed recipe card to help you recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
